  • It is important to note that our processing time for preparing and manufacturing your order typically ranges from 2 to 5 business days. However, we do offer the option to expedite shipping through priority or overnight services for an additional fee. To ensure that we can accommodate your request efficiently, we kindly ask that you contact us directly via email at support@kandiqueeni.com before placing your order. This will allow us to confirm our ability to meet your timeline requirements.

    What do I do if my order shows it was delivered but it's not here?

    • In the event that your order status indicates it has been delivered, yet you have not received the package, kindly email us at support@kandiqueeni.com regarding your concern with your name, order #, and tracking # so we can further assist you. We will respond to your message within a 24-hour timeframe (Monday-Friday.)
    • Once your order is dispatched to the address you have provided, the responsibility for the delivery of your package transfers to the United States Postal Service (USPS). At that point, we no longer have control over the delivery process. KandiQueeni cannot be held liable for any packages that are lost during transit or for those that are marked as delivered but are not physically present at the designated location.
    • Subsequently, we recommend that you inquire with your neighbors and examine nearby locations to determine if the package was inadvertently left in an alternate spot. Should the package remain unlocated, it is plausible that USPS has prematurely marked it as delivered, and it may still be en route, potentially arriving later in the day or on the following day.

    Why was my package not delivered and returned back to you?

    • There are various factors that may have contributed to this situation. It is advisable to review your tracking number details to ascertain the reasons behind the unsuccessful delivery of the item. Typical causes for delivery failures may include an incorrect address, the absence of your name linked to the mailbox, or the omission of an apartment number, among other reasons.

    How can I get my package redelivered to me if it was returned back to you due to a failed delivery?

    • In order to facilitate the redelivery of your package, it is essential that the item is returned to our possession initially. Once we receive the package, we will be able to arrange for the order to be shipped to you again; however, please be advised that you will be responsible for the associated reshipping costs.
    • For packages weighing less than 10 ounces, a reshipping fee of $5.99 will apply within the United States, utilizing USPS Ground Advantage.
    • For packages exceeding 10 ounces, the reshipping fee will be $6.99, also through USPS Ground Advantage.
