Processing Orders

All orders are typically processed within a timeframe of 2 to 5 business days once the order is placed.

We utilize USPS Ground Advantage for our standard shipping, which generally ensures delivery within 3 to 5 business days across the United States. 

 

Expedited Shipping Upgrades

Should you require your order to arrive sooner, we encourage you to inform us prior to placing your order so that we can facilitate an upgrade to either priority or overnight shipping, noting that additional charges will apply for these expedited services. 

 

Is a tracking # provided with my order?

Our commitment is to ensure that your items are delivered to you both safely and promptly; therefore, each order is meticulously packaged and dispatched with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, the tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of checkout. 

 

Order says it's delivered but hasn't arrived.
